Rock Boulter
President

Rock Boulter was born and raised in Provo, Utah. He met his wife TruAnn when they were attending Brigham Young University. They have 5 children and 6 grandchildren (hoping for more!). Mr. Boulter has worked for Zion’s Bank for over 30 years, and is currently the branch manager of the Provo University Office. Mr. Boulter has been a member of the Mountainlands Community Health Center Board of Directors since 2011. He is proud to be affiliated with the quality doctors and staff at Mountainlands.

Logan Gillette
Vice-President

Logan Gillette is from Auckland, New Zealand. He has JD/MPA degrees from BYU and works as a University Administrator. He enjoys family, outdoor pursuits, travel, politics, and immigration law. Logan has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2015.

Linda Payne
Secretary

Linda Payne attended Brigham Young University as a Psychology and Business major. While at BYU she worked as an intern for Senator Orin Hatch on the Labor Committee. She has always enjoyed politics and tries to stay involved and informed. Ms. Payne works from home doing taxes and helping lower income individuals with taxes, workforce service applications, and other needs. She is dedicated to community service. She has served as a volunteer for sheltered workshops as well as women’s shelters and has served on the Mountainlands Community Health Board of Directors since 2014.

Jared Lescoe
Treasurer

Jared Lescoe is from Logan, Utah. He has a background in finance and accounting. He enjoys violin restoration, hiking, and skiing. He has served on the Board of Directors since 2015.

Jorge Chacon

Jorge Chacon was born in Caracas, Venezuela and was raised in Orem Utah. Professionally he works with small business owners and marketing professionals to help build an online marketing strategy to increase their revenue. When he isn’t working he enjoys being at the beach and surfing as well as spending time with his wife and daughter. Jorge first became associated with Mountainlands Family Health Center through family members who were patients. He has been a member of the Mountainlands Community Health Center Board of Directors since 2015.

Ralph Clegg

Ralph was born and raised in Orem Utah, and met his wife at Orem High School-Go Tigers! They have five children, and four grandchildren. Ralph is a registered Environmental Health Scientist in the state of Utah has worked at the Utah County Health Department for over 32 years. He spent 26 years as the Deputy Director of the Utah County Health Department, and has been the Executive Director since October of 2015. In his free time Ralph enjoys gardening and fruit production, golfing, fishing and traveling. Ralph has been a board member of Mountainlands Community Health Center since February 2016.

Mariely Ferrer

Mariely Ferrer-Correa is from Puerto Rico. She came with her husband, three children, and six grandchildren to Utah in 2005. She is a registered nurse and worked as a clinic coordinator for 7 years. Recently she became a patient at Mountainlands Family Health Center. She found a professional, caring, and affordable place where she could take care of herself and work at being healthy. In 2014, Ms. Ferrer-Correa started giving back to Mounatainlands by serving on the Board of Directors and helping to build a strong, caring, and professional community health center.

Jordon D. Mathis

Jordan D. Mathis is from Vernal, Utah. He has a background in public health and currently works as the Tri County Health Department Executive Director. In his free time, Jordan enjoyed skiing, mountain biking, and fishing. Jordan has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2016.

Wilfredo Paredes

Wilfredo Paredes joined the Board of Directors in 2015. He is originally from New York. He is currently a BYU student majoring in Biology and Pre-Medical studies. He enjoys reading, playing basketball, and soccer.

Jesus Trujillo

Jesus Trujillo is from Jaen Spain. He works an electrician for Nestle. He has been an American Red Cross volunteer for a number of years. He served as an American Red Cross instructor and Director of Hispanic Services. He is the father of five boys and enjoys electronics, nutrition, and photography. Jesus has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2015.
